Drift Protocol IS Planning To Break The Law in US, EU and Australia.
Drift has gone back on it’s former position that the Insurance Fund was unaffected and would be refunded.
Reclassifying that capital as a “community asset” through a vote of people who never contributed to it is, at best, civil conversion, and at worst meets the threshold for criminal misappropriation, theft by deception, and breach of fiduciary duty under US, EU, UK and Australian law.
